1940s Art Deco Antique Ladies Watch

We are excited to introduce you to this rare 1940s art-deco-inspired ladies' watch. This is a vintage German watch with so many years of time-keeping history. It was part of a German watchmaker's collection before it made its way into our vintage store. 

The watch comes in surprisingly good condition. The gold plating has stood the test of time very well, and you can only see some tiny signs of age on the back of the watch's case. We particularly love the blue steeled hands of the watch, which create a beautiful contrast with the gold tones of the dial. 

Powered by a durable mechanical movement, the watch is in full working condition. In terms of its preservation, you can probably see in the photos that this antique ladies' watch still wears amazingly well. There are some signs of age on the dial background, as you can notice, but we have not tried to clean or restore it, in order not to damage its color more.

This vintage watch has been very well-preserved and comes in working condition. The watch needs to be hand-wound regularly, in order to keep time correctly. In terms of time-keeping accuracy, the watch's precision will be in accordance with the period when it was produced, the 1940s.
