What is the auto-light function on a Casio G-shock watch?
The auto-light function on a Casio G-shock watch is a feature that you can use in order to check the time in the dark. When active, the auto-light function works like this: whenever you tilt the watch towards your face (while placed on the wrist), the dial will automatically light-up so you can check the time. Afterwards, it will go dark again, in order not to use up the watch battery.
It's a practical function that's great to have active when you need your Casio watch in low-light places. For example, you can use it during hikes, camping, music festivals, parties, etc.
