Covid-19 Safety & Measures

In the light of recent events and the restrictive measures set in place because of the Covid-19 crisis, we have made some changes to the way we operate.

How does this affect you, our customers:

- For the time being, we have decided to no longer ship our products to Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Shipping restrictions, the large volumes of packages waiting to enter these countries, and the long shipping delays we have experienced, have made us realize that unfortunately, we have to stop selling products to these countries. We are hopeful that as soon as these restrictions are lifted, we will be able to fulfill orders to this part of the world as well.

- Some of our customers may experience shipping delays. Apart from the countries mentioned above, we have shipped orders around the world successfully, with minimal delays. You don't have to worry if the order doesn't arrive right away. All of our orders have arrived safely. It just takes a few days longer, and we are here to assist you with the tracking of the package.

New safety measures we take for our team:

All of our team members work remotely at this time. We do most of our work without having to meet personally, and use our shared office space only when necessary.

The watches are throughly cleaned and disinfected once again before shipping.
